Specializing in investment properties, land trusts, and primary residence acquisitions, Austin 'Hunter' Burchardt was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. He graduated from Georgia State University and then continued his education by earning his master's degree from the University of North Georgia in Dahlonega.
Hunter was originally licensed while working as a Compliance Investigator for the Georgia Real Estate Commission and has been active in the industry as a consultant, inspector, and investor since 2009. His experience ranges from commercial investment properties to second-home family land trust management, as well as primary residence purchases.
